At Vision Chip Electronics LLC we stand behind every repair we perform. Whether you bring your device to us in person or ship it through our mail-in repair program, every job is backed by our warranty. We believe in honest, transparent service — and that means you should know exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to use your warranty if you ever need it.
All repairs begin with a $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee. For in-person repairs, this fee is due at drop-off. For mail-in repairs, this fee must be paid before we begin any diagnostic work on your device — we will send you a payment link after we receive your device.
This fee covers the time and expertise required to fully evaluate your device and identify the problem. If you choose to decline the repair quote after the diagnostic is complete, the $50 fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward any future service.
We do not offer free diagnostics under any circumstances. Dropping off or shipping your device constitutes agreement to pay this fee. The diagnostic fee may only be waived at the sole discretion of Vision Chip Electronics LLC. Any waiver of this fee does not constitute a recurring obligation or set a precedent for future repairs.
Depending on the condition or nature of your device, a service agreement may be required before any diagnostic or repair work begins. This agreement outlines the terms of the repair, liability limitations, and any special conditions related to your specific device.
Vision Chip Electronics LLC reserves the right to require a signed service agreement at its sole discretion. For mail-in repairs, this agreement will be sent to you electronically and must be signed and returned before any work begins.
Proceeding with the repair constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in the service agreement.
All repairs performed by Vision Chip Electronics LLC are covered by a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue we repaired returns within 30 days of the repair date, we will fix it again at no additional charge.
