When you bring your device to Vision Chip Electronics, you can trust that if the same issue comes back after our repair, we fix it again — at absolutely no charge to you. That is our promise to every customer.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our standard warranty covers 30 days from the date your repair is completed. Some repairs carry a longer warranty at our technician's discretion — always ask when you drop off.

What IS Covered

  • The specific repair performed by our technicians
  • All parts installed by Vision Chip Electronics
  • Labor associated with the original repair
  • Same issue returning after our repair
  • Defective parts we installed

What is NOT Covered

  • New damage after the repair (drops, spills, etc.)
  • Damage from unauthorized repair attempts after our service
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Software or operating system issues
  • Unrelated problems on the same device

💰 $50 Non-Refundable Diagnostic Fee

All repairs begin with a $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee that is due at drop-off. This fee covers the time and expertise required to fully evaluate your device and identify the problem.

If you choose to decline the repair quote after the diagnostic is complete, the $50 fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward any future service. We do not offer free diagnostics under any circumstances. Dropping off your device constitutes agreement to pay this fee.


Parts Warranty

Parts Purchased from Our Shop

Every part sold through our shop is tested before listing. If a part you purchased is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right — full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Parts that have already been installed cannot be returned unless they are defective. Contact us at (863) 364-8101 before returning any part and we will walk you through the process.
