How a repair actually runs

Four stages, in this order, every time.

Drop the device off at the shop, or book mobile service — RV leveling diagnostics, a TV house call, or pickup for a large item.

Stage 02

Diagnostic

The board gets inspected under magnification and tested rail by rail to find the actual fault, not just the symptom.

Stage 03

Quote

You get the findings, the price and a realistic time window. Nothing proceeds until you say yes.

Stage 04

Repair & return

The work is done, the device is tested, and it leaves with 30 days of parts and labor coverage.

How long does a repair take?
Most console, laptop and gaming PC work is finished the same day or within 24 hours, subject to parts availability and the current bench schedule. Board-level ECM and HWH leveling repairs depend on which components a specific board needs, so you get an expected window along with your quote.
What does the warranty cover?
Every repair carries a 30-day parts and labor warranty. If the same fault we repaired comes back within 30 days of the repair date, we fix it again at no charge — no fee to use the warranty. Call or email within those 30 days with your name, device and repair date, and we will schedule it. Read the full warranty and exclusions.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
Diagnostics start at $50. That amount is credited toward your repair when you approve the quote and we do the work. If you decline the quote, the fee covers the bench time already spent evaluating the device. We do not offer free diagnostics.
How can I pay?
Square card payments, cash, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due in full before the device leaves the shop. Card details are handled by Square and never stored on our systems.
Could I lose the data on my device?
Back up anything you cannot replace before handing a device over. Data loss is a genuine risk in any electronics repair, particularly with liquid damage or failing storage, and we cannot take responsibility for files, software or licenses on a device brought in for service.
