The binding agreement between you and Vision Chip Electronics LLC for repair services and use of visionchipelec.com.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of visionchipelec.com and all repair services provided by Vision Chip Electronics LLC. Please read them carefully before submitting a repair request, dropping off a device, or shipping a device to us.
By using visionchipelec.com, submitting a repair request, dropping off a device, or shipping a device to Vision Chip Electronics LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are a binding legal agreement under the laws of the State of Florida.
Vision Chip Electronics LLC provides electronics repair services, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. Acceptance of a device does not guarantee the repair can be completed successfully.
All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on findings during diagnosis. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding. You may decline the repair after receiving a quote; however, the diagnostic fee is still due.
All repairs begin with a non-refundable $50.00 diagnostic fee.
This fee may only be waived at the sole discretion of Vision Chip Electronics LLC. Any waiver does not set a precedent for future repairs. Dropping off or shipping your device constitutes agreement to pay this fee.
Full payment is due before your device is returned or shipped back. We accept Square, Cash, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Vision Chip Electronics LLC reserves the right to retain possession of any device until payment is made in full.
Devices not picked up or paid for within 60 days of notification may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover costs under Florida Statute Chapter 705.
All repairs are covered by a 30-day parts and labor warranty from the date of repair completion, or the ship date for mail-in repairs. This warranty covers the specific repair performed only.

Warranty service requires prior authorization. Do not ship or bring in a device for warranty service without contacting us first.
Depending on the condition or nature of the device, a service agreement may be required before work begins. Vision Chip Electronics LLC reserves the right to require a signed service agreement at its sole discretion. Refusal to sign may result in the repair being declined.
Vision Chip Electronics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not responsible for data loss on any device submitted for repair.
Vision Chip Electronics LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, files, software, or programs on any device submitted for repair. By submitting a device, you acknowledge that data loss is a risk of electronics repair and that you have backed up or accepted the risk of losing any data on the device.
Any device not picked up or paid for within 60 days of notification may be deemed abandoned under Florida Statute Chapter 705. Vision Chip Electronics LLC reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover repair and storage costs after providing reasonable notice to the customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Osceola County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
